It'd been endless weeks of wandering by himself; Kapa wasn't going to complain...He loved being alone and able to think about the problems facing him, but after a long while of solitary traveling, it was becoming a need instead of a want to find a perminate home. Kapa was a rather large male with short, stocky legs. What may take a wolf days could take Kapa up to a week due to the fact he also had his nose to the ground the whole time. No matter how hard he tried to focus on a certain object, all he saw was a dark, bottomless black that harshly reminded him it was most likely he'd never see again.
Kapa lifted his nose from the ground for a moment, though he continued to walk. There were no scents of other wolves, only prey...That meant that this was currently unclaimed land. While he had many good characteristics, he never dreamed he'd come across lands unclaimed. The one question now was could he handle it being blind. Kapa placed his nose to the ground once more, beginning to sniff out a path across rivers, woods and many other diverse areas of the land before settling down in what seemed to be a large field.
By now, he'd decided that he as going to give the whole 'alpha of a pack' thing a go. The worst that could happen is that he'd get challenged to a battle and loose, right? He'd had nothing before, and if he left with the history of leading a pack, if even for a day, that'd be enough for him. He lifted his muzzle to the sky, giving out a howl that seemed to carry through the air with the wind as it whipped though the Kezzarei pack lands. This was home now...Or so he hoped it would be.
